Duties: Responsible for resting, troubleshooting, and debugging SCCM deployment issues. Create SCCM package, programs, applications. Troubleshoot Client Connectivity, package, Update and OS deployment issues by analyzing SCCM logs. Provide best practice guidance on setting up and maintaining a solid patching solution using SCCM. Work SCCM OSD customizations using MDT and troubleshooting OSD issues on Drivers, language packs and other OSD components. Responsible for Software deployments, patching updates and configurations in SCCM 1902 as well as release management deployments to the clients and end-users globally. Implement Intune/Azure mobile device management with SCCM and office 365/Exchange hybrid environments. Develop, deploy ad managed mobile applications and mobile application policies with Azure. Create and deploy custom scripts to be used in upgrade and deployment of software through GPO and SCCM. Responsible for Sign-Off’s from intune Operations for Migration Projects like Product Studio. Support for Microsoft Intune and Office 365 MDM (Mobile Device Management). Similar.
