Job Description:

We are looking for experienced VMC Setter cum Operators to join our manufacturing team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 10 years of experience in setting and operating VMC machines, with strong expertise in machining non-standard components.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Machine non-standard and precision components within specified tolerances.
- Select tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters for efficient machining.




- Perform first-piece inspection and maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure quality standards are met.
- Carry out routine machine maintenance and maintain a safe work setting.

Requirements:

- ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–10 years of relevant experience in VMC setting and operation.
- Experience in machining non-standard components is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of measuring instruments and GD&T.;
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and meet production targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
