Inquiry Bazaar Pvt. Ltd. is a modern digital marketing agency that blends creativity with performance-driven strategies. As we scale, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented SEO Manager to lead our SEO team, drive client success, and strengthen our digital presence across industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).
- Manage a team of SEO executives/interns and ensure delivery of measurable results.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to improve website ranking.
- Plan and execute link-building and outreach campaigns.
- Perform regular SEO audits and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Track, analyze, and report on website performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions).
- Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
- Handle multiple client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of results and client satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior team members, fostering growth and learning within the department.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–6 years of proven SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush,



Moz, Screaming Frog or similar tools.
- Excellent knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (WordPress, Coding Based, Shopify, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred (Good to Have)

- Experience in local SEO, e-commerce SEO, and international SEO.
- Knowledge of Google Ads / PPC campaigns.
- Familiarity with content marketing strategies.
