Job Responsibilities

- Install, operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV units, package ACs, split ACs, chillers, and ventilation systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system faults.
- Monitor HVAC equipment performance and maintain temperature and humidity as per site requirements.
- Inspect compressors, motors, pumps, fans, valves, filters, belts, and refrigerant lines.
- Perform gas charging, leak detection, and refrigerant recovery in accordance with safety standards.
- Maintain daily maintenance logs and service reports.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of work.
- Follow safety procedures, permit-to-work systems,



and company policies.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance calls.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration principles.
- Experience with preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, and BMS is an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
