About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled RPA Developer with experience in intelligent automation and AI-powered workflows. The ideal candidate should have expertise in enterprise RPA platforms along with exposure to Generative AI, AI Agents, APIs, and workflow orchestration tools.

This role involves designing scalable automation solutions, integrating AI models, and building next-generation intelligent business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade RPA solutions.
- Build end-to-end automation using UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Integrate automation with REST APIs, databases, cloud services, and third-party applications.
- Develop AI-powered workflows using LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks.




- Build and maintain AI Agents for process automation and decision-making.
- Create reusable automation components and libraries.
- Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Optimize existing automations for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow automation best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–6 years of experience in RPA and intelligent automation.
- Relevant certifications in UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Experience working with enterprise automation projects.
- Exposure to AI Agent development and LLM-based automation is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
