SpeEdLabs is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales of our AI-powered EdTech solutions to schools across Pune. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, relationship building, and the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities by approaching schools.
- Meet Principals, Trustees, and school management to present our AI-powered learning solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and understand client requirements.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with school stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close sales while achieving assigned targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and implementation.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, EdTech, Education, SaaS, or School Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel within Pune and nearby areas.
