Make My Casuals is looking for a creative and responsible Graphic Designer & Customer Support Executive to join our team. This is a multi-role position where you'll be responsible for designing graphics, creating engaging social media content, and managing customer interactions. If you're creative, organized, and enjoy communicating with people, we'd love to have you on our team.
What You'll Do:
- Design graphics for T-shirts, social media, and marketing materials.
- Create content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, and email.
- Coordinate with customers for artwork approvals and order updates.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Assist with day-to-day office and administrative tasks.
