Position: Senior official– Revenue & Land Records
Location: Chandigarh
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Professional with robust expertise in revenue laws, land records, land measurement, land title verification, and government procedures. Experienced Tehsildars, Revenue Officers, and Revenue Department officials are encouraged to apply.

The role involves handling land and revenue matters, coordinating with government authorities, and ensuring compliance across Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage matters related to land records, mutation, and revenue documentation.
- Verify land titles, revenue records, measurements, and statutory documents.
- Provide guidance on revenue laws, land administration, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with Tehsil offices and Revenue Departments for approvals, permissions, and clearances.
- Liaise with government authorities for revenue-related matters.
- Support management on land, revenue, and compliance issues.




- Maintain records of government correspondence and statutory compliance.
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise management accordingly.

Eligibility Criteria

- Retired Revenue Officer, Tehsildar, or equivalent government official.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in revenue administration and land records management.
- Strong knowledge of revenue laws, land measurement, demarcation, land records, and government procedures.
- Experience in Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand revenue matters preferred.
- Excellent government liaison and coordination skills.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in Revenue Administration and Land Records Management will be preferred.

Retired government officials with extensive practical experience in land records, revenue laws, demarcation, and government liaison work will be given preference.
