Salary

- ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities.
- Prepare and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
- Estimate material and labor requirements.
- Monitor RCC, brickwork, plastering, finishing, and structural works.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and clients.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Check reinforcement, shuttering, concrete quality, and measurements.
- Ensure workplace safety and adherence to project timelines.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and BOQ preparation.
- Understanding of IS Codes and construction standards.




- Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Site execution and project management.
- Quantity surveying and billing.
- Material planning and inventory management.
- Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and quality control.
- Experience with ERP or project management software is an advantage.
