Operations Manager E-Commerce & Nutraceuticals Department: Operations Reports To: Director / CEO Location: On-Site Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 5–8 Years (Operations / E-Commerce ) Industry: E-Commerce | Nutraceuticals | Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end operations across our E-Commerce and Nutraceuticals business verticals. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering superior customer experience while managing a cross-functional team across supply chain, logistics, quality, and digital fulfillment. Key Responsibilities 1. E-Commerce Operations • Oversee end-to-end order management, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery across all digital sales channels (website, marketplaces, D2C). • Monitor all platform performance and own website; resolve operational bottlenecks. • Collaborate with the tech and marketing teams to optimize listings, inventory visibility, and customer experience. 2. Supply Chain & Inventory Management • Plan and manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods in coordination with vendors and contract manufacturers. • Maintain optimal inventory levels across warehouses to prevent stockouts and overstocking. • Implement and manage ERP/WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking.

- Ensure all products comply with FSSAI, GMP, and applicable regulatory standards. • Oversee batch production planning, quality control, and dispatch timelines. • Liaise with contract manufacturers and quality teams to maintain product integrity. • Manage documentation for product registration, labeling, and certifications. • Negotiate and manage 3PL/courier partnerships for cost-effective and timely delivery. • Evaluate vendor performance using KPIs and implement improvement plans. • Manage reverse logistics, quality returns, and claims processing efficiently. 4 . Team Leadership & Process Improvement • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse executives, coordinators, and support staff. • Define SOPs, workflows, and performance benchmarks across all operational functions. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean • Present operational MIS reports, dashboards, and insights to senior leadership. Experience Experience 5–8 years in Operations, with at least 2–3 years in E-Commerce or Nutraceuticals Hands-on experience with D2C operations and marketplace management

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
