Angroos is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Assistant Gift Designer for immediate joining at our office in Kadavanthra, Kochi. We are searching for candidates who are passionate about gifting, product presentation, customer interaction, and creative coordination. The candidate will assist senior gift designers and support the complete gift designing and customer handling process.

15000 to 25000 per month based on experience and skills

Immediate Requirement

Job Responsibilities

Assisting senior gift designers in creating gift hampers and customized gifts

Designing and arranging gift hampers, trays, boxes, and festive gift sets

Coordinating corporate gift projects and bulk gift orders

Handling customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and other platforms

Managing enquiry follow ups and converting enquiries into orders

Interacting with customers and understanding gifting requirements

Suggesting suitable gift ideas based on customer budget and occasion

Supporting personalized gift works and customization coordination

Assisting with product selection, arrangement, ribbon styling, packaging, and presentation

Coordinating with packing, sales, and delivery teams for smooth order processing





Helping in festive and seasonal gift preparations including corporate gifting projects

Supporting product photoshoots, reels, and social media related activities when required

Maintaining proper communication with customers regarding order updates and delivery timelines

Managing daily operational support related to gift designing and customer service

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience preferred in gifting, retail, customer service, sales, or creative work

Creative mindset and interest in gift designing and product presentation

Valuable communication skills in Malayalam and English

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and social media handling

Ability to manage customer interactions professionally

Good coordination and teamwork skills

Candidates with experience in gifting, decoration, event, or craft related fields will have added advantage

Immediate joiners preferred
