- Work on site: Mysore road, Nayandahalli junction, near Mysore road Metro station
- Working Hours: 8:00 -18:00 daily - calculated with Automatic 1 hour OT
Daily There is a 1-hour lunch break

General Accounting
bookkeeping,
filing
Following up sales leads with clients
handling mail and making phone calls.
Invoicing
Entering transactions in the accounting system such as purchases and sales
Management of petty cash transactions.
Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time.
Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts.
Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate.
Preparation of statutory accounts.
Working with journals, sales & purchase ledgers, and spreadsheets.
Preparation of HR workings including Salary
Required knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
