Basic Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive BOQs from architectural drawings, project specifications, and related documentation, ensuring high accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
- Experienced in quantity surveying, estimation, BOQ/BOM, rate analysis, billing, material reco, BBS checks, contract admin, subcontractor bill verification, site measurement, ERP, AutoCAD, MS Office, technical drawing review for projects.
- Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub contractors and vendors coordinate all non destructive testing on site
- This role requires proficiency in up-to-date BOQ software and familiarity with industry standards and best practices.Coordinate with the customers representative on all quality matters.
- Ensure all quality control documentation is complied and competed for as-built.
- Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action
- Complete and coordinate the approval of the sites QC technical submittals to the customer
- Ensure the safety is adhered to at site
- Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status.
