- Business Development: Actively prospect, qualify, and pursue recent sales leads via cold calling, networking, and industry events to build a robust corporate and private client pipeline.
- Client Consultation & Pitching: Meet with clients to understand their event objectives, budget, and vision; prepare and present tailored proposals and customized event packages.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate pricing, room blocks, catering menus, and terms to secure the sale while maximizing the venue’s profitability.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Ensure seamless transition of event details to the banquet, operations, or execution teams by providing detailed event orders and schematics.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, event planners, and suppliers to ensure repeat business and annual contracts.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed aggressive weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas and revenue forecasts

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
