Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, qualify customer inquiries, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients over phone, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable pergola and gazebo solutions.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the design and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with architects, builders, and channel partners when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
- Experience in the construction, interior, furniture, home improvement, or building materials industry is preferred but not mandatory.
