The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our products and services, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Explain company products and services in a clear and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update customer information and sales records in CRM or Excel.




- Coordinate with the support and operations teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Stay updated on company offerings and market trends.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Sales experience is preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply.
