Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate current business opportunities for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, build relationships, understand client requirements, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Identify prospective clients requiring digital marketing services.
- Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements.
- Pitch services including AEO, SEO, GEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Content Marketing, and Branding.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for project handover.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Required Skills





- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Knowledge of digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Lead Generation.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development for digital marketing sales.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with AI Automation, Clay, Claude etc
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

Employment Type: Full-time

CTC: As per company standards + Attractive Incentives

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
