- Team Leadership & Scheduling: Supervised a team of X maintenance technicians, assigning daily tasks, managing shift schedules, and conducting regular safety meetings.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Developed and executed routine PM programs for plant machinery or building infrastructure, ensuring zero critical equipment failures and X% uptime.
- Regulatory Compliance:



Monitored worksite adherence to safety regulations and ensured all operations met local government/statutory requirements.
- Vendor & Inventory Management: Negotiated with external contractors for specialized repairs, tracked spare parts inventory, and procured materials to stay within the budget.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosed complex mechanical and electrical issues, quickly deploying staff to minimize operational delays and resolve complaints.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
