We are looking for experienced, qualified, and dynamic Placement & Internship Managers who will facilitate recent & relevant clientele (corporates, organizations, etc) for students’ placements & internships that aligns with their career goals & aspirations. Placement & Internship Managers have the key responsibility of strategizing & achieving successful career outcomes for students through robust campus recruitment processes.

Required skills

- Proven qualification, work experience & track record in excellent campus recruitment programs for university students.
- Must possess flawless communication skills, both written and verbal, & must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within the organization.
- Master’s Degree (MBA, M.Tech, M Sc. or equivalent) in any field.
- Experience in converting new clientele/accounts through structured market research & outreach.
- Must be well-networked in the HR community,



have experience working with senior professionals with a track record of closing deals.

Job responsibilities

- Identify and visit companies/ organizations for potential placement opportunities
- Achieve individual targets assigned for the annual recruitment process, summer internships and live projects.
- Liaison with existing and potential employers and facilitate implementation of placement strategy
- Receive a database of potential employers and to add upon it from own contacts
- Supervise Placement Officers team by giving targets and monitoring achievements.
- Conduct in-house students counselling sessions & organize corporate engagement activities such as Guest lectures, Student training, Workshops, Conclaves, & more.

Kannur, Trivandrum, Kochi, Calicut, Bangalore, Nagpur, Coimbatore, Kolkata, Lucknow, Indore, Hyderabad & Pune.
