- Has 4- 8 years of design/ management experience at an advertising agency/ design studio
- Has experience managing a team of designers, Web developers and artists
- Possesses strong design knowledge, both with online and offline media
- Has very strong writing and communication skills
- Has a solid orientation towards technology
- Is good at managing multiple activities & projects
