• Expertise with load testing tools like Loadrunner, Jmeter, Performance Center for preparation of scripts.
• Strong knowledge in E2E performance testing life cycle with Requirements gathering, Test planning and Designing, Test Execution and reporting.
• Proficient in different types of performance testing (Stress, Volume, Load, etc.) to align the business requirements in Performance test models
• Expertise in Performance Test assessments and Identify technical performance issues pre-production
• Estimate and scope performance testing engagements, prioritize testing and develop solid project timelines and deliverables within a well-defined methodology
• Strong knowledge in Workload modelling and preparing real time scenarios for Performance tests
• Robust Analysis skills with proven expertise in performance monitoring.
• Review and provide feedback on the analysis and test results summary and create capacity plans/best practice guides
• Accountable to review performance testing artifacts and provide constructive, timely feedback to ensure quality of code and tests are executed
• Responsible for understanding the work load of the engineers and balancing workload against the project demands for performance testing
• Accountable for reporting overall performance testing program schedule, status, effort and prompt escalation of issues/risks and driving recommended solutions and process gap closure.
• Optional to have experience in recruitment and other support activities
Experience Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and at least six or more years of related experience as a project team member of which at least one year was in a leadership position or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
