Job Title: Tele Counsellor

Location: Vashi

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Tele Counsellor to join our team in Vashi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counselling prospective customers or students, resolving queries, and converting leads into admissions or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and attend inbound enquiries.

Counsel prospective customers/students about services or courses.

Explain features, benefits, fees, and other relevant information.

Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions or sales.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

Achieve daily and monthly counselling targets.

Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.





Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and support.

Requirements:

HSC/Graduate in any discipline.

0–3 years of experience in telecalling, counselling, customer service, or sales.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).

Robust convincing and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
