Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Etsy Manager to manage and grow our Jewellery Export business on Etsy. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Etsy store management, SEO, product listings, advertising, and order management. Experience with diamond, gold, silver, or luxury jewellery is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize the Etsy store for maximum sales.
- Create and upload high-quality product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and tags.
- Perform Etsy SEO and keyword research to improve product visibility.
- Plan and manage Etsy Ads (PPC) campaigns to increase conversions.
- Monitor store performance, traffic, sales, and analytics.
- Handle order processing, inventory updates, and customer communication.
- Coordinate with the design, photography, and production teams for recent product launches.
- Research market trends and competitor strategies.
- Improve conversion rates through pricing, promotions, and listing optimization.




- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and maintain positive shop reviews.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Etsy stores.
- Strong knowledge of Etsy SEO, product listing optimization, and keyword research.
- Experience running Etsy Ads (PPC).
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Shopify is an advantage.
- Understanding of jewellery products (Diamond, Gold, Silver, Gemstone, Hip-Hop Jewellery) is preferred.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Canva or Photoshop is a plus.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in Jewellery Export or Luxury Jewellery Industry.
- Experience selling in the US, UK, Canada, or international markets.
- Ability to independently manage the Etsy store and achieve sales targets.
