Job Title: Vacancies: Field Engineers (Desktop / Laptop / Network / Server Support) 6: Bangalore & Ahmedabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

Based on your expertise and specialisation for Desktop, Laptop, Network, Server Support roles.

- Hardware trouble shooting and part replacement.




- Desktop / Laptop / Printer/ Scanner /Network configuration
- Conduct Onsite / remote troubleshooting. • Preventive Maintenance. • Build & maintain good rapport with customers.
- Help create technical documentation and manuals.
- Acquire OEM Training and Certifications
- Maintain Error-free reports and submit on time.
- Execute your duties to bring customer delight.
- Hardware trouble shooting and part replacement.

Candidate Profile:

- Effective follow-ups with client to ensure system functionality.
- Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or any other relevant diploma courses.
- Positive communication skill - English
- Basic IT trouble shooting skill
- Should Have a two-wheeler (must be willing to go out in field to support clients).
- Experience: 0-1 year
