- Reactivate Dormant & Inactive Users via Email & WhatsApp Automation
- Create Multichannel Campaigns (Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp, In-App, Web Push)
- Manage Customer Segmentation & Personalization Strategies




- Conduct A/B Testing for Open Rate, CTR & Conversion Optimization
- Track Retention Rate, Reactivation Rate, Repeat Purchase Ratio & CLV
- Prepare Performance Reports with Revenue Impact Insights
- Coordinate with the Growth, Product & Content Teams
- Required Skills:
