Qualification:

- Be/B Tech in Electronics & Communication
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales (preferably in Power Electronics)

1)Business development & client handling
2)Technical sales and customer support
3)Market expansion in the North region
4)Building robust customer relationships

Job profile:

- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through meetings, calls, and emails
- Visit potential customers to generate new business opportunities
- Prepare accurate and timely cost calculations and provide customer quotations
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales effectively
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer preferences and trends
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and product demonstrations
- Coordinate with internal teams to negotiate on price, delivery timelines, and product specifications
- Advise customers on upcoming product developments and promotional campaigns
- Liaise with suppliers to monitor order progress




- Identify and develop new market segments and business opportunities
- Maintain sales and order records and regularly update the reporting manager
- Review personal sales performance with a goal of exceeding targets
- Must have experience dealing with clients such as the Indian Air Force, Indian Army, DMRC, Indian Railways, HAL, RDSO, ONGC, Government Projects, IITs, etc

Remuneration Package:

- CTC: Rs 4.20 - Rs 6.00 LPA
- Other Benefits: Incentives + Conveyance + Mobile Reimbursement
