Job Title: Operation Theatre (OT) Manager

Location: Moolchand Hospital, Current Delhi

Moolchand Hospital is looking Operation Theatre (OT) Manager to lead and manage the overall functioning of the Operation Theatre Complex. The role requires an individual who can ensure seamless OT operations, optimize resource utilization, maintain the highest standards of patient safety, and collaborate effectively with clinical and non-clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Operation Theatre and ensure smooth execution of all scheduled surgeries.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, nursing teams, and support departments to ensure efficient OT functioning.
- Optimize OT utilization by managing surgery schedules, manpower, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Ensure the availability and maintenance of surgical instruments, medical equipment, and consumables.
- Oversee inventory management and coordinate with procurement and CSSD for uninterrupted OT operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and hospital policies.
- Drive compliance with NABH and other applicable quality standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop OT staff while ensuring effective workforce planning and duty roster management.




- Monitor key operational metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Manage audits, incident reporting, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Act as the primary point of coordination between the OT and other clinical and administrative departments.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates with a background in Healthcare, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or Hospital Management will be preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operation Theatre management, hospital operations, or a similar healthcare leadership role.
- Experience in a multi-specialty or tertiary care hospital will be an added advantage.
