- Candidates must have strong knowledge of Server level troubleshooting.
- Candidate must have strong knowledge of networking & its related issues and their solutions
- Robust understanding about basic troubleshooting of common computer issues.
- Should have knowledge of active directory
- Access Management, Biometric machine installation and troubleshooting
- CCTV installation & troubleshooting, SOPHOS firewall.
- Accurately maintain and update IT asset Inventory to keep track of the equipment's
- Provide IT operational Support by resolving incidents, requests and problems
- Associated with various IT systems
- open to learn new technology, must have worked on any ERP (Navision will be an advantage)
- The candidate must have an experience in providing the IT Infra support to any manufacturing industry.
