Position: HR Generalist
Experience: 7 to 10 Years
Salary: 50,000 80,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Source, interview, and hire required Manpower.
- Onboarding & Operations: Issue offer letters, manage background verifications, and
create a seamless onboarding experience for current hires.
Attendance & Payroll:
- Maintain attendance, biometric records, shift schedules, leave records, overtime.
- Prepare attendance reports and provide accurate payroll inputs.
- Process end-to-end payroll including attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, arrears, and statutory deductions.
- Verify payroll reports, salary disbursement, F&F; settlements, and payroll reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, PT, TDS, and other payroll-related statutory requirements.
- Handle ESIC documentation, employee registration, claims.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 7 to 10 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, and HR Operations.
- Good understanding of PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labour Laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/Payroll software.
- Experience from Furniture, Interior is preferred
