What you will do
Own the lifecycle of EV assets end-to-endusing data, technology, and cross- functional coordination to maximise uptime, performance, and customer experience.
Run the fleet on data: Monitor vehicle & battery health via IoT platforms;
Identify issues before they escalate
Drive asset performance: Optimize utilization, uptime, and lifecycle outcomes across deployed EVs
Solve real-world problems: Work closely with customers, OEMs, and service partners to diagnose and resolve issues rapid
Manage lifecycle journeys:
Ensure zero-friction ops: Stay on top of compliance (insurance, challans, fitness, etc.) to avoid downtime
Continuously improve:



Use data to identify gaps and drive process
improvements across the fleet
What we are looking for
0 to 2 years in tech-enabled operations
Strong problem-solving mindset with comfort in ambiguity
Hands-on with Excel / dashboards / data tracking tools
Basic understanding of EV systems, batteries, or IoT is a plus
Ability to coordinate across customers, OEMs, and internal teams
