- Verify vehicle sales invoices and accounting entries.
- Monitor service billing, job card accounting, and collections.
- Reconcile sales, service, spare parts, and accessories revenue.
- Ensure proper accounting of discounts, exchange bonuses, and manufacturer incentives.

Accounts Receivable & Payable

- Monitor customer outstanding payments.
- Ensure timely vendor payments.
- Reconcile supplier and customer accounts regularly.

Banking & Cash Control

- Monitor daily cash collections and bank deposits.
- Verify cash, UPI, card, and finance collections.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Accuracy of financial records.
- Timely completion of monthly accounts.
- On-time statutory filings.
- Reduction in outstanding receivables.
- Accuracy of bank and inventory reconciliations.
- Successful audit compliance.
- Timely submission of MIS reports.
