- 10+ years of Oracle HCM implementation and support experience.
- Minimum 35 years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
- Hands-on experience with multiple Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.
- Strong configuration knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Expertise in Fast Formula, HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion security model.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Oracle Fusion HCM Certification is highly preferred.
- Experience in global HCM implementations is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of HR business processes and compliance standards.
- Experience working with multinational clients.
