Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines under the guidance of the management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
- Verify material quality, quantities, and site usage.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with consultants and clients whenever required.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely completion.

Required Qualifications:

- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or any equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.
- 68 years of relevant site execution experience.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Experience in site execution, quality control, and contractor coordination.




- Good understanding of construction materials and methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project documentation and quantity estimation is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
