- 4-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development with Copilot
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot / AI tools / Azure OpenAI integration
- Integrate and implement Microsoft Copilot / AI capabilities within CRM workflows
- Hands-on experience with the Copilot, Copilot studio with creating plugins.
- Implement security, compliance, and governance (Entra ID, permissions, data boundaries)
- Integrate Copilot with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive
- Robust proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Knowledge of Dataverse, Web APIs, Plugins, Workflows
- Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
