Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager – FTL Sales & Operations to lead business development and regional operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing P&L;, developing current business, overseeing operations, and leading a high-performing team across the South Region.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business development and achieve regional sales targets.
- Generate revenue through new client acquisition and account growth.
- Manage regional P&L; and ensure profitability.
- Oversee day-to-day FTL sales and operational activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Lead client onboarding and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and manage vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for efficient execution.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales and operations team.
- Prepare MIS reports and business performance reports for management.




- Drive process improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to operational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10–15 years of experience in Sales & Operations within the Logistics/Transportation industry.
- Strong experience in FTL Sales, Project Logistics, ODC Movements, Bulk Transportation, Construction Logistics, or Equipment/Machinery Transportation.
- Proven track record in business development and revenue generation.
- Experience in P&L; management and regional operations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
