Role & Responsibilities

We are hiring Freshers for our Medical Billing Non-Voice Process.

Selected candidates will receive training and work on US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.

Responsibilities include:

- Medical billing and claims processing
- Payment posting
- Charge entry
- Denial management
- Insurance verification
- Data entry and documentation
- Reviewing claim information
- Working on healthcare process-related tasks
- Maintaining productivity and quality standards

No prior experience is required. Training will be provided.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2024 or 2026 graduates only
- Any Degree
- Good written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to learn US Healthcare processes
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Looking for a long-term career opportunity

Day Shift

- First Year Salary: Up to 14,000 per month

Night Shift

- First Year Salary: Up to 15,000 per month

Second Year

- Salary revision up to 60% hike based on performance and tenure

- This position is offered under a 2-Year Employment Agreement.
