The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete Human Resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, training & development, and HR policy implementation. The role requires ensuring a positive work setting while aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
* Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
* Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
* Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
2. Employee Relations
* Maintain healthy employee-employer relations.
* Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
* Foster a positive and productive work culture.
* Conduct employee engagement activities.
3. Performance Management
* Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
* Assist managers in setting KPIs and performance goals.
* Track employee performance and development plans.
4. Payroll & Compensation
* Coordinate payroll processing and salary revisions.
* Manage attendance, leave records, and employee benefits.
* Support annual increment and bonus processes.

HR Policies & Compliance
* Develop, implement, and update HR policies.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
* Coordinate audits and compliance-related activities.
6. Training & Development
* Identify training needs across departments.
* Organize training programs and workshops.
* Support employee skill development and career growth.
7. HR Administration
* Maintain employee files and HRMIS records.
* Prepare HR reports and MIS for management.
* Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Required Qualifications
* MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
* 5+ years of HR experience (preferably in Real Estate, Construction, or Corporate sector).
* Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
* Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
