Job Title: Education Manager - Study Abroad

Key Responsibilities

#Team Management

Lead and manage a team of Education Consultants and Documentation Managers, Documentation Executives, and support staff.

Act as the reporting manager for team attendance, leave approvals, performance tracking, and day-to-day coordination.

#Training & Development

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team knowledge on country-specific education systems, university admissions, and visa procedures.

Ensure continuous development and upskilling of staff in line with changing market demands.

#Webinars & Seminars

Organize and host webinars, seminars, and workshops for students, parents, and institutional partners.

Collaborate with universities, education partners, and internal teams to execute impactful student outreach events.

#Lead Monitoring & Conversion

Monitor daily lead inflow, assess lead quality, and track follow-ups to optimize conversions.

Ensure proper usage and maintenance of CRM systems to manage student pipelines effectively.

#Business Development & Institutional Tie-Ups

Identify and secure strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and local influencers.





Represent the company at education fairs, networking events, and other promotional campaigns.

#Documentation Oversight

Supervise the documentation team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of student applications and visa files.

Maintain high standards in application quality and support the team with complex documentation scenarios.

#Strategy & Reporting

Share periodic updates, reports, and strategic inputs with the central management team.

Support planning and execution of regional initiatives aligned with company goals.

#Market Expansion & Flexibility

Stay open to learning about new study destinations beyond the current focus areas (e.g., Canada, UK, Germany).

Be ready to introduce and promote current countries, programs, and intake options as and when required by the organization.
