Role & responsibilities

- Achieve budgeted sales target.
- Recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents.
- Ensure retention of agents by formulating their development plans.
- Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on regular basis.
- Identify a pool of potential prospects who can be coded as IRDA and agent or POSP
- Handholding of Advisors
- Ownership and servicing of Advisors
- Drive advisors activation and progression

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate with 26 years of experience in insurance sales/agency development.
- Proven track record in agent recruitment, activation, and retention.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of building a strong advisor network.
