Job description:

BEST PERFORMING STUDENTS WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR RECRUITMENT AT BANGALORE/VIJAYAWADA with good pay as per industry standards.

1. Collaborate with the crew to ensure that work plans are tracked
2. Develop, maintain, and report the daily quantities installed and performed
3. Perform quantity take-offs from plans and contrast weekly field quantities and plan quantities
4. Create and maintain required work plans, project logs, RFPs, RFIs
5. Implement site-specific quality control (QC) plan requirements for the project
6. Responsible for documenting the non-conformance, investigating causes of occurrence, working, and following up with the crew to ensure the non-conformance is resolved
7. Perform onsite inspections and documentation of all daily inspections, testing, and adherence to established procedures, provide follow up inspections and document correction of deficiencies

- To read understands structural and Architectural drawings and execute site work accordingly
- Preparation of work schedule and arrangements of manpower on site for better productivity and effective labour management
- Check shuttering and bar bending work as per requirement
- To check the required quantities prepared for completion of the works
- Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications.
- Planning of Materials and proper planning to avoid wastages in the site.




- Monitoring Concrete Work and Preparation of checklist for concrete.
- Day to Day management of site & Supervision of Masonry, Structures & Finishing works, and Obtaining measurements from site execution engineers.
- Maintaining of Raw material register and Daily Cement consumptions.
- Checking of Quality of construction at site
- Coordination with other trades (MEP, Landscape etc) while executing the works.
- Support and execute the works as per the schedule and plan the activities with look ahead attitude.
- High perfection in Marking and execution of civil works such as footings, columns, slabs, block work, and to execute all nishing works such as plastering, marble work, tiles work, false ceiling work, painting work (internal and external also), Aluminium work (windows &door;) stainless steel work staircase & balcony area and Ac Work.
- Reconciliation and cross-checking sub-contractor bills .
- Prepare & submission of DATA for Extra items.
- To maintain day to day record DPR & WPR and Submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensuring proper housekeeping in site during execution for better material shifting and hassle-free work
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
