Role & responsibilities

- 1.Support and maintain LAN, SD-WAN, and WiFi Infrastructure Manage and troubleshoot Networking equipment including Juniper Switches(EX Series and above) and Routers, and HPE Switches
- 2.Configure and maintain Fortinet SDWAN (WAN and Firewall) Solutions Administer Palo Alto and Checkpoint firewalls to ensure robust security measures
- 3.Knowledge in Aruba Wireless
- 4.Collaborate with team to manage workloads efficiently Act as a supplementary resource to offload operational network support tasks
- 5.Experience in setting up alert monitoring, considering the monitoring tools deployed in the environment
- 6.Excellent troubleshooting skills. Should be able to resolve any issue related to Network issues independently.



Should be able to quickly isolate the problem and provide resolution to meet the SLAs
- 7.Excellent documentation skills. Should have prior experience in creating run books, SOPs etc.
- 8.Adaptable working in 24x7 operations (working in shifts, on-call support etc.)
- 9.Should have excellent communication and presentation skills as the candidate needs to work with Architects, Service Owners, Business Leaders and other technical teams
- 10.Should be a team player and have ability to train L2 and L1 resources
- 11.Good understanding of ITIL processes Incident, Problem, Configuration and Change Management (ITIL)
