We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Service Engineer who will be responsible for driving B2B machine Service, providing technical service support, and ensuring effective post-sales service. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, and customer service orientation.
Service & Technical Support
- Handle installation and commissioning of machines at customer sites.
- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and ensure minimum downtime of machines.
- Provide training to customer operators and technical staff.
- Maintain strong after-sales relationships for repeat and referral business.
Market & Customer Management
- Maintain detailed service reports in CRM/ERP.

- Robust knowledge of industrial machines / automation systems.
- Technical problem-solving and analytical ability.

- Willingness to travel extensively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
- 1.5 years of experience in machinery Service and technical service.
- Experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machinery preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.
