- Solid understanding of material specifications, joinery details, ceiling systems, flooring, wall finishes, and bespoke millwork.
- Ability to prepare detailed construction drawings and coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure accurate execution.
- Basic knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, including HVAC layouts, electrical distribution, lighting coordination, and plumbing services integration within interior spaces.
