Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Production Supervisors / Line Supervisors with a strong manufacturing background in Metal Fabrication, Panel, Sofa, Chair, or Automotive Seat Manufacturing. The ideal candidate should be capable of supervising production lines, managing manpower, maintaining productivity, ensuring product quality, and meeting daily production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:





- Supervise daily production activities to ensure timely achievement of production targets.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure smooth workflow across manufacturing lines.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and production resources.
- Monitor production output and prepare daily production reports.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

- Experience in Metal Fabrication, Panel Manufacturing, Sofa Manufacturing, Chair Manufacturing, Automotive Seat Manufacturing, or Furniture Manufacturing is mandatory.
- Experience in handling production lines.
- Valuable communication and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement practices.
