Role: OEM Sales Executive / Relationship Manager (OEM Channel)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic OEM Sales skilled responsible for driving insurance partnerships and business through OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) tie-ups and dealer networks. The role focuses on building strong B2B relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets in assigned territories or partner ecosystems.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with OEM partners, automobile dealers, and distributor networks
- Drive insurance sales (motor, health, and allied products) through OEM channels
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets (premium booking & policy conversion)
- Coordinate with internal underwriting, operations, and service teams for smooth policy issuance
- Conduct regular visits to dealerships/OEM partners for business development




- Train dealer staff on insurance products, features, and selling techniques
- Generate leads through channel partners and ensure conversion
- Handle customer queries escalated from OEM/dealer partners
- Maintain pipeline, sales reports, and CRM updates
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies

Skills Required

- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in OEM / Dealer / BFSI / Insurance sales preferred
- Good communication and relationship-building ability
- Knowledge of insurance products (motor insurance preferred)
- Target-oriented and self-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a field + channel sales environment
