Key Responsibilities

- Prepare General Arrangement (GA), fabrication, assembly, and detail drawings for heat exchangers and pressure vessels.
- Develop manufacturing drawings for shells, channels, tube sheets, baffles, nozzles, supports, saddles, and internals.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and material take-offs.
- Revise drawings based on customer comments, design changes, and manufacturing requirements.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable standards such as ASME, TEMA, client specifications, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with Mechanical Design, Projects, Production, Quality, Procurement, and Planning departments.
- Support project execution by issuing drawings as per project schedules.
- Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and engineering records.




- Assist in resolving fabrication and assembly issues by providing technical drawing support.
- Ensure compliance with quality and document control procedures.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software.
- Experience preparing fabrication and assembly drawings.
- Knowledge of heat exchanger components and fabrication practices.
- Understanding of welding symbols, GD&T;, tolerances, machining, and fabrication drawings.
- Experience preparing BOMs and handling engineering documentation.
- Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems is preferred.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
