Role & responsibilities

- Set up CNC/VMC machines according to job requirements.
- Interpret engineering drawings and select appropriate tools, fixtures, and programs.
- Perform machine offsets, tool changes, and adjustments to achieve required tolerances.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize cutting parameters.
- Maintain machines, tools, and work area in good condition.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet delivery schedules.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Solid knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operations and settings.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
- Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, and machining parameters.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
