Role & responsibilities

1. Maintain and update project trackers, Excel sheets, dashboards, MIS reports, and progress reports.

2. Collect project data from Production, Planning, Quality, SCM, Fabrication, Stores, Dispatch, and vendors.

3. Proactively follow up for pending updates, delays, action points, and required inputs.

4. Track project progress against plan and highlight delays, gaps, and critical issues.

5. Maintain project documentation including drawings, BOM, inspection, material, dispatch, and client comment records.

6. Read and interpret fabrication drawings, GAD comments, client comments, and engineering inputs.

7. Maintain service records and support service PR generation as required.

8. Support FG code creation and tracking from isometric drawings and related project documents.

9. Ensure data accuracy, ownership of assigned tasks, and timely closure of action points.

10. Support the project manager in planning, monitoring, reporting, and execution activities.
