We are looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) professional to join our team and ensure best-in-class safety practices across high-rise residential construction projects.

Location: Gurgaon

Industry: Construction High-Rise Residential / Apartments

Experience: 5-9 Years in Construction (High-Rise Residential preferred)

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree (BE/B. Tech) in Engineering (Civil preferred)
Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety (Mandatory)

Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct safety audits, hazard analysis, and inspections to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety management system (SMS) that ensures compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

- Provide training on industrial safety procedures, emergency response planning, and first aid techniques to employees at all levels.

- Collaborate with project teams to develop risk assessments, incident investigations reports, and other documentation related to workplace accidents or near-misses.

- Ensure timely completion of statutory audits conducted by relevant authorities such as Factories Act Inspectors.
