Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager with a robust Civil Construction / Infrastructure background to lead procurement for our ongoing sports infrastructure projects across India. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing civil construction materials, contractor management, vendor development, and project procurement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement for civil construction and sports infrastructure projects.
- Source and procure materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, pavers, fencing, lighting, drainage systems, pipes and other project-related materials.
- Develop and manage a strong network of vendors, contractors, and suppliers across India.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely material availability.




- Track procurement schedules against project timelines to avoid execution delays.
- Evaluate vendor performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Maintain procurement MIS, purchase orders, inventory records, and vendor documentation.
- Ensure procurement complies with company policies, budgets, and quality standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering (MBA in Supply Chain is an added advantage).
- Experience: 35 years in Procurement or Supply Chain.
- Candidates from Civil Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, Sports Infrastructure, Building Materials, Real Estate, Industrial Construction, or Project-based organizations will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of BOQs, project procurement, civil construction materials, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
- Ability to manage procurement for multiple live project sites simultaneously.
